Since 1975, co-developer and co-owner of these two garden-style apartment projects developed in connection with the Rosa Verde Urban Renewal Project, in downtown San Antonio, Texas. These projects, which sit on adjoining pieces of land, pioneered the modern era of market-rate downtown housing in San Antonio and at 380 units comprise the largest downtown apartment project ever built in San Antonio. They were built before downtown housing demand had been demonstrated, and were considered cutting-edge for their time.
