Co-developer, and from 1994 to 2004 co-owner, of this historic preservation project; an innovative adaptation of the San Antonio Drug Company Building, into a nationally franchised hotel property on the River Walk in downtown San Antonio. Placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1994.
