Since 1999, owner and developer of this historic preservation project in downtown San Antonio. This is an adaptive reuse of a former Cadillac dealership into 153 loft-style apartments. This is the largest apartment project built in downtown San Antonio since Towne Center and Soap Works built by the Lifshutz Companies in the mid 1970s.
